We provide a venue and forum for our members to meet socially to nurture meaningful relationships
We do this through regular meetings with presentations and discussions, as well as diverse special interest activities.
Monthly meetings on Saturdays from 10am – Noon at the Community Room at York Regional Police on 171 Major Mackenzie Drive West, Richmond Hill, Ontario, that feature members’ presentations, and fun activities involving all members such as interactive games or improv sessions. We also host summer picnics, a holiday party, movie nights, city hikes and Bruce trail hikes as well as numerous activities organised by our various special interest groups.
Card & Games Group
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at Archibald’s Neighbourhood Pub located at 8950 Yonge Street (about 3 blocks north of Hwy. 7) in Richmond Hill, ON.
Hiking Group
Our members Al Brown and Andrew Wood are experienced Hike leaders with the Bruce Trail Conservancy. They conducts city hikes (4-7 kms) and trail hikes (10 - 16 kms) year-around.
History & Current Affairs Group
We meet once a month for about 90-minutes to discuss a wide range of topics ranging from historical events and periods, books, hobbies and current affairs.
We are an Ontario registered not-for-profit organization serving members from across the greater Toronto area
Our membership fee is $100 per annum ($150 if a spouse/partner also joins).
